All wigs ship FREE via expedited services—typically 3–5 business days transit.

Accessories & Other Items

Accessories that exceed our standard weight allowance incur a precise, weight-based fee, calculated automatically at checkout for fair pricing.

Processing & Handling

Rapid Turnaround

Most ready-to-ship wigs leave our factory within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Custom Styles & Special Options

Bespoke wigs and certain accessories follow the custom lead time noted on each product page—please refer there for exact processing days.

Quality Assurance

Every item undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it meets Rapunzel Hair’s exacting standards.

Expedited Carriers

We partner with DHL and FedEx to deliver your order safely and swiftly.

Delivery times vary by destination but generally fall within 3–5 business days once shipped.

Address Requirements

Physical Address Only

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a valid street address to ensure successful delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International Shipments

All wigs are declared on customs forms as “Synthetic Hair” (with a reduced value) to help minimize import duties.

Recipient Responsibility

Any duties, taxes, or inspections imposed by your country’s customs authority are the recipient’s responsibility.

U.S. Shipments

Orders to certain U.S. regions may incur random inspections; local fees (if any) are billed to the recipient.

Rapunzel Hair is not responsible for customs charges or returned parcels due to unpaid duties—please contact your local customs office for policy details.

Signature & Security

Signature Required

An adult signature is strongly recommended (and often required) to protect your high-value purchase.

We are not liable for loss or theft if delivery instructions permit the carrier to leave your package unattended.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from our factory and arrive separately.

You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package by email.
